Personal training sessions can be done via zoom online at any time within working hours.
face to face live sessions can take place in my small stduio gym in the WV12 area OR mobile PT sessions in homes around the Chingford area london (E4).

Mondays - 6:30-7:30pm at Ormiston shelfield community academy, pelsall.
